STARTING SALARY: $15.00 per hour

PRIMARY DUTIES
Responsible for the hosting of the remote portion of all Aldermanic Board and Committee meetings including initiating all remote meetings from the account website, interfacing with Board/Committee members physically in the Chamber, monitoring the remote participants throughout the event and ending the remote session upon meeting adjournment. The Remote Hosting Specialist will also work with the Broadcast videographer before and during the meetings as necessary to ensure the system is properly phased with the CTV equipment and all audio and video components in the Chamber and on the remote platform are working properly. This position is responsible for all aspects of remote meeting hosting.

QUALIFICATIONS
A general knowledge of the workings of remote platforms (currently Zoom) and attention to details. Training in hosting responsibilities specific to the City will be provided.
