SUMMARY


This position is contract and a local land resource responsible for operational support and project acquisition as well as landowner and local stakeholder relations in the designated area.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS will include the following:


  • Supports the land needs of Crestwood’s local operations
  • Responsible for land acquisition including but not limited to private easements, state and federal permits, local, county and state road permits.
  • Supports Capital projects
  • Coordinates with Project Management, Construction, Operations, Shared Services and Administrative Departments.
  • Represents Crestwood at local industry, governmental and community meetings.
  • Maintains strong relationships with landowners and responds to their concerns on behalf of Crestwood.
  • Prepares and reviews real estate acquisition documents and title research.
  • Responsible for internal reporting of updates for regular management meetings.
  • Coordinates with Land Administration team to ensure the quality and accuracy of land records.
  • Utilize Quorum Land Software.
  • Abide by Company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties and special projects assigned.
  • This role is full-time/ Contract.

  • High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition or related industry/environment.
  • Highly effective project management, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Results oriented.
  • Ability to multitask, self-direct and prioritize in a timely manner.
  • Knowledgeable of the BLM grant process

  • Ability to work in a safe manner and remain alert during scheduled shifts.

  • Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels.
