About the Inbound Chat Sales Representative - Zendesk:
MarketStar is looking for an Inbound Chat Sales Representative. As an Inbound Chat Sales Representative, you would represent our newest client – a service-first CRM company that builds software enabling millions of users to interact more directly and openly with their customers.
- Become an expert in our client’s products, effectively identifying and matching the right solutions for each prospect
- Quickly articulate our client’s technical and business value propositions to prospects via live chat
- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established between our client and MarketStar leadership
- Use technology to maximize sales effectiveness and accurately track all sales activity
- Previous web chat experience preferred in a work-related environment
- Solid understanding of cloud-based technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
