DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the Staff Development and Community Education department, as well as backup clerical supervision and support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Staff registrations and conference attendance. Manages the supportive administrative functions regarding staff development events including the purchasing of supplies, preparing and organizing training materials, securing sites and set up for events. Registers new staff for required trainings. Performs verification of new hire clearances. Assists with verification of new staff driving license and records, and new hire trainings. Provides assistance for Staff Development projects and assignments.


  • Full-time employment.
  • Work Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday; 30 minute lunch

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; OR any equivalent combination of experience and training.
