Job Summary
JCCC is looking for a diverse pool of applicants for a part-time political science faculty position in the History and Political Science Department. The ideal candidate is expected to teach American National Government, Introduction to Political Science, and others courses as needed. They will perform other duties expected of part-time faculty, including maintaining scheduled office hours, developing and implementing course and program assessment of student learning outcomes, and other duties as assigned. They will be available to teach face-to-face starting in the spring 2022 semester. Teaching assignments could be any combination of face-to-face (day or evening), online, or using teleconference software like Zoom. Teaching assignments are subject to change as needed.
