Job Summary
This entry level Quality Specialist will support our maintenance training organization in the management of records and overall quality support. This role works closely with our Maintenance Trainers, our leadership and customers.
What you’ll do
Position Responsibilities Review student records for errors and pass/fail based on attendance, exam scores, and activity completion. Generate Maintenance Training regulatory certificates for Europe, Australia, China, Canada, and the US for each student based on passing criteria and ship to students. Will be the Records Information Management steward for all paper student records.Work with regulations, standards, and internal requirements to manage records retention policies. Write letters to airline customers, management and support teams as needed to clear up questions and concerns. Writing must be clear, concise, understandable by the audience, and take into account cultural differences. Analyze data for compliance, work to help identify errors along with the cause and assist in generating corrective actions.
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): Less than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work in a team environment. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organization skills. Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
