As part of the Early Talent Career Program, you will be gain experience in areas such as service and help desk, cyber security, data analytics, cloud computing, application development, network designing, information security, and other IT projects. • The Early Talent Career Program transitions you from High School or College Campus to the Cleared Workforce
• Combining best-in-class commercial practices with deep mission knowledge, providing customers with next-generation technology solutions and cutting-edge services
• The goal of the program is to get you to full-time employment, with a security clearance. From there you are a member of the professional workforce. Should there be a delay in security processing, GDIT will bring you on-board provisionally depending on the circumstances.
• Gain on-the-job experience through one of the following methods:
  • Directly into a program assignment based on desired work
  • Experience different assignments in areas like service and help desk, cyber security, data analytics, cloud computing, application development, network designing, information security, and other IT projects. This usually starts with a term on the customer front-end (service desk enterprise operations) and then a rotation or direct.
  • As an uncleared employee who works in an uncleared space while your clearance processes (based on job openings).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently accepting High School graduates and candidates pursuing Associates and Bachelor level degrees (must be willing to wait 6 – 12+ months for a clearance before work begins.
• Various locations available, and relocation assistance may be available for applicable locations. NOTE: Shift work may be required.
• You must be a US Citizen to be considered for this program

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $24.00 - $36.00, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
