New job Associate III, ABL Originations Group - Austin, TX in Texas

The Middle Market Asset Based Lending (ABL) Originator Associate III will help the ABL team originate asset based loans and support the Middle Market's efforts to sponsor asset based loans ranging from $10mm to $100mm in size. The ABL Originator Associate III will support bankers that cover a regional territory and will help them to generate new business by working with both internal and external relationships. The primary focus will be to establish to provided direct support through reseach and pitchbook gerneration on different types of companies, equity sponsors and intermediaries (Accountants, Attorneys, Investment Bankers etc.) and work with the Middle Market coverage bankers to source asset based financing opportunities.

The originator Associate III will learn to provide asset based revolving loans, M&E and Real Estate Term Loans, over advances, junior capital and DIP financings along with other bank products and services and will be trained to become an ABL Originator.

Qualifications

• 
  Minimum of 5 years of Asset Based Lending origination, structuring and/or Commercial relationship management experience
• Commercial Training Program.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding production goals and sales objectives
• Proven ability to partner with others on the JP Morgan Banking Team
• Superior communication and partnership skills
• BA and MBA preferred
