ROLE SUMMARY

Key accountabilities include training colleagues and contractors in packaging, time out of environment guidelines, RF scanning, operation of scales and documentation activities associated with running the vaccine pack-out lines.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Logistics Vaccine Trainer will perform the following:

  • Trains specialist and others on line specific activities needed to operate the pack-out lines including RF scanners, TOE guidelines, packaging equipment and distribution activities.
  • Conduct unit LOTO training and Dry Ice Safety programs
  • Trains other in use of personal protection monitors
  • Trained and actively performs back up duties for one of the Logistics Specialist as needed
  • Documents and submits training OJT’s
  • GMP record entries (complete with minimal errors)
  • Meets daily GMP requirements - minimal human errors (Ongoing)
  • Maintains Working Areas Audit Ready (GMP/5S)
  • Troubleshoot selected equipment
  • Actively participates in redlining / updating of SOPs and OJTs
  • Participates in Unit or Site programs (i.e. Safety, Zero Defects, etc.)
  • Trains all colleagues and TCW’s to work safely and compliantly following all applicable safety rules and guidelines
  • Trains all colleagues and TCW’s on compliantly following all applicable SOPs and standards including recording of GMP documentation.
  • Maintain training at or above 96%.
  • Dependable – Follows unit / area / plant requirements and guidelines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • HS/GED with 1-3 years of relevant experience or
  • Associates Degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Training Experience preferred.

Job will include standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional lifting may be required. Job will also entail occasional weekend, shutdown and holiday coverage. This position is on 3rd shift.
