An MGC Server needs to be a precise, service-oriented professional who can learn and communicate the details of our menus, wine, and cocktail lists. Our service staff is meticulous when it comes to pre-shift preparation, room setup, and atmosphere. They are obsessive about cleanliness. They will do anything for a member or coworker, and take pride in a level of service that exceeds all expectations.
