Overview:
The Office Coordinator works under the supervision of the Agency Nurse Manager and Director of Clinical Operations. Responsible for overseeing HR duties: scheduling and participating in hiring and recruiting activities; coordination of employee orientation and training; payroll and billing activities and other associated duties as assigned. Participates in marketing activities as assigned. Coordinates general secretarial /clerical/receptionist duties for the Private Duty Agency. Oversees the duties of data entry relating to billing time-keeping and other clerical assignments to ensure accuracy and quality of work in support of the Agency. Responsible for materials management/ ordering necessary supplies for Agency. Participates in agency emergency preparedness plan and assists the Clinical Manager(s) and Private Duty Manager as needed. Participates in performance improvement activities and staff meetings as directed by the Agency Nurse Manager/Director of Clinical Operations

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma required, Bachelors degree in Business, HR Management or related degree is highly desirable.

Experience: Prefer 1-2 years of previous experience in office administration and HR experience.
