General Vessel Assistant (TWRPEARL-21-0536-W):

Bowhead Marine Support Services seeks a General Vessel Assistant to work onboard government vessels out of Naval Station Pearl Harbor (Honolulu, Hawaii).

Candidates must possess a USCG Merchant Mariner’s Document for Able Bodied Seaman and STCW certification. Must have experience in deck operations.

Candidates must have experience in routine vessel operations plus the following:

Preventative / corrective maintenance

Deck repairs and modifications

Engineering repairs

Shipboard safety measures (firefighting, basic first-aid and emergency shipboard systems)
