Overview:
Responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to servicing inquiries and concerns, both internal and external. In addition, the Customer Support Specialist will communicate regularly with borrowers and resolve loan level issues.
Responsibilities:
  • Handles multiple aspects of servicing including customer service and delinquent loan resolution
  • Facilitates loan servicing activities including monitoring, billing and disbursements for escrow items
  • Review each loan for accuracy of data and completeness of investor requirements
  • Ensures that services are delivered professionally and efficiently with prompt problem resolution
  • Maintains current knowledge of all policies, procedures and other documentation for servicing products
  • Answer general servicing questions via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide support to borrowers that utilize the online portal
  • Update internal system regarding status of loans
  • And additional responsibilities as assigned
Education & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Servicing experience is preferred.
