We are seeking a staff attorney or shareholder track associate to join the Merger & Acquisitions group and national private equity practice in our Minneapolis office.

Preferred candidates will have:

• Three or more years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or corporate transactional work
• Prior experience in private practice
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
