Position Title: Contract Administrator III

Position Status: 40 Hours per week

Location: Fort Collins, possibly remote

Position Summary: Prepares, reviews, and administrates contractual proposals relating to the agency. Subject matter expert on all contract administration functions within the contract life cycle. Develops the audit standards process for contract organization including the maintenance of contract files and the contract preparation process. Audits files and processes in the field for compliance of standards. Acts as the point of contact in the field for all contract administrators. Trains, coaches, and mentors the agency on how to use the contract software. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Wage Range- $66,329.28 to $99,493.92

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field. At least three years of healthcare experience in healthcare contracting.

Preferred: Private insurance contracting and Medicaid contracting a plus. At least two years of experience interacting with legal counsel, physicians, and other clinicians. Paralegal experience. Bilingual/Bicultural.
