Job Description

We are looking for analytical individuals with expertise in statistical analysis and Business Intelligence. You will join our growing consultancy team to provide statistical analysis and reports for our clients.

The role includes comprehensive training and development. You can expect to be doing a mix of client projects and internal initiatives as well as working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s needs and propose relevant solution in a consultative approach

• Produce reports based on BlueOptima Coding Effort data and explain the insight they reveal to senior managers to support decision-making

• Create / maintain BI dashboards

• Perform data quality checks

• Evangelize BlueOptima and its metrics with customers

• Share feature or improvement suggestions with the product team

Qualifications

• 
  Master’s degree in Statistical/Analytical/Mathematical Degree or equivalent expertise in an analytical role

• Professional work experience is a plus

• Language Skills - R , Python, SQL

• Analytical Tools - Excel, Tableau, Grafana

• Strong fundamentals in Statistical Analysis with Python or similar programming experience

• Project management and process design knowledge preferred

• Understanding of Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) methodologies, for e.g. V-cycle, Waterfall and Agile

• Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub/ BitBucket) and task tracking systems (Jira/ TFS) would be a plus
