CACI is seeking an HR Administrator to join the team supporting the Pre-Employment Background Investigation process at the Shared Services Center (SSC) in Oklahoma City.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Support organizational mission by providing administrative guidance, with a focus on pre-employment background investigation processing, review and adjudication.

  • Also, serves as the primary interface for HR inquiries from managers and employees regarding CACI pre-employment background investigations.

  • Takes ownership of the resolution of issues, giving guidance & solving problems and/or refers issues to the HR Specialists when unable to resolve personally.



More About the Role:

  • Manages detailed aspects of all background screening processes, including, but not limited to, criminal searches, employment and education verification, drug testing, and adjudication

  • Provides timely follow-up and follow-through on all applicable questions and/or concerns stemming from an adjudication result

  • Manually processes incoming results from designated queue by accurately inputting notes/comments when determining the adjudication result on an applicant

  • Provides progress reports to Management, as needed

  • Perform other job-related duties, as assigned



You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience

  • 1-2 years of experience working in HR and/or Legal Compliance, HR Operations, HR Shared Services

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment

  • Active listening skills and the ability to remain empathetic

  • Positive can-do attitude and be a calming presence for others

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to use logic and reasoning skills in evaluating facts presented on a case-by-case basis


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with 3rd Party Background vendors

  • HRIS systems, Workday
