Job Description
Christian County is accepting applicants for a part-time Receptionist in the Commission Office. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative support tasks in the County Commission Office including but not limited to; answering phones, greeting and receiving visitors, sorting and distributing mail, providing notary services, and must have the ability to cross train and perform essential duties of Executive Assistant as deemed necessary by circumstances, including attending commission meetings, taking minutes and posting agendas.

Education:
Minimum High School Diploma
Notary Public (or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)

Experience: Preferable Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience
