Full Description
The "B" Association Communications and New Membership Coordinator serves in the department of Athletics and assists the Director of the "B" Association by fulfilling the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all “B” Association social media platforms
- Create/assemble content and publish by-weekly newsletter
- Assist with the marketing efforts in the association
- Process dues renewals and manage new membership database
- Collect event reservations and membership registrations
- Answer all “B” Association membership inquiries
- Event support (Game Day, Reunions, HOF, and Letterwinner Rallies)
- Answer telephone, take and relay messages, screen and direct calls
- Prepare dues and acknowledgement correspondences and documents
- Process cash/check deposits and credit card reports
- Help coordinate board and executive committee meetings and record minutes
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
A Bachelor's Degree, one year of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required.
