About You

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and tech savvy Customer Success Manager. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for a group of customers that your entire mission will be to make those customers successful using the Flosum suite of products. Ensuring customer success is imperative to increase sales and drive revenue in this SaaS company. A Customer Success manager must, therefore, have the potential to lead the post sales efforts and bring value to customers.

What it Takes

As a Customer Success Manager at Flosum you will be accountable for:

Ensuring that the post sales onboarding of new customers is white glove

Proactively engaging users and managers in a technical and soft skill purview

Communicating the value of our products consistently and through creative ways

Encouraging adoption of new features and enhancements

Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and value based cadences with your customers

Ensuring successful renewal of customers by delivering continual value

Manage Customer Lifecycle, Escalation, and Touchpoints through customer journey

Gather product feedback and recommendations from customers

Provide thought leadership and connect customers to evangelize our platforms

Draft client-facing documentation including support articles, FAQ’s, release notes and be part of regular customer webinars

Ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 Years of experience within a customer success and/or account management role
  • Strong Salesforce Background – User and Developer skills preferred
  • Ability to communicate with technical team members about DevOps Process
  • You understand the software development lifecycle because you have worked with a development team in a hands-on role.
  • You love building relationships, have exceptional communication skills, and are committed to making our customers successful.
  • You are highly organized, have a positive attitude, and are a natural problem solver.
  • You enjoy multi-tasking and working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
