We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Entry Level Engineer in Baton Rouge, to support our regional team.

As a key member of our Baton Rouge team, you’ll have the chance to perform a variety of water and wastewater treatment engineering work in the initial planning, design, and construction phase of projects. Working with other members of our team, you'll work on projects evaluating and selecting the best treatment approach to solve a client’s challenges and planning and designing treatment systems and plant improvements. This position will support mid and senior level engineers and project managers to conduct evaluations, engineering reports, planning/study documents, designs, and construction management services. The role is anticipated to include field visits.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • A GPA of at least 3.0
  • Prior work or internship experience
  • Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate
