Description: Carroll College, a private, Catholic liberal arts college located in Helena, Montana is seeking Carroll College is seeking applicants for a communications and marketing expert to provide leadership and direction for all external messaging and brand promotion for a highly visible NAIA Athletics program. This position reports directly to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for:

  • Oversight of all aspects of the day-to-day sports information operations;
  • Development of marketing plans and materials for athletic department events;
  • Management of in-game operations.

It is preferred that the candidate will have:

  • Familiarity with the sports of Football, Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Softball, Track and Field, Cross Country, and Golf and their associated statistics;
  • Working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Presto-stats;
  • Experience in web development and maintenance;
  • Basic photography and videography skills;
  • Practice in web stream production;
  • Proficiency in creating content for social media platforms to inform, promote, and market.

The Coordinator of Athletic Communications, Marketing, and In-Game Operations will serve as the communications liaison with the NAIA, Frontier Conference, and Cascade Collegiate Athletic Conference. This position will require positive working relationships with the coaching staff, student-athletes, media, alumni, and donors while interacting successfully with department personnel and the college community:

  • The ability to work nights and weekends.
