About the Role
Reporting to the Montana State Fund Board of Directors, the President & CEO serves as Chief spokesperson for MSF and provides overall, leadership and support to staff in achievement of State Fund Mission, Vision and demonstration of Guiding Values in support of MSF’s culture.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages the administration of company programs and all business operations of the company including financial stewardship, risk management, industry trends and issues.
- Oversees the leadership of the executive staff.
- Make recommendations to the Board regarding strategy.
- Serves as Chief Spokesperson for company. Act as “Customer Care Officer”.
