Cornerstone Architectural Group, LLC, is seeking to fill immediate openings for a talented Intermediate Architect / Designer and a talented Junior Architect/Designer, in our central NJ office, for work on diversified projects in the Private / Corporate – Industrial and Public / Municipal sectors. Both full-time and part-time positions will be considered.

Successful candidates for our Intermediate Architect / Designer position will have 5+ years of post-graduation, professional experience and will have demonstrated skills in design, technology, and documentation. A general knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, related engineering principles, building codes, and the ability to translate designs into clear, concise details and construction documents will be needed. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, as is being proactive with the ability to multi-task in a small office environment while working in a team setting under the direct supervision of a Principal or Project Architect. The successful candidates will be exposed to all phases of project development including design, presentation, construction documentation, and construction administration.

Successful candidates for our Junior Architect/Designer position will have 3+ years of post-graduation, professional experience and will have demonstrated skills in design, technology, and documentation with an ability to multi-task in a small office environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, as well as being proactive with the ability to work in a team setting under the direct supervision of a Principal or Project Architect. The successful candidates will be exposed to all phases of project development including design, presentation, construction documentation, and construction administration.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

AutoCAD, Revit (BIM) proficiency and Word Processing proficiency both a must. Photoshop and 3D modeling proficiency are both a plus.
