Position Purpose:
Under the direction and guidance of the Director, the Manager, will manage community relations/community engagement activities including coordination of charitable giving to include sponsorships, program/partnerships with community based organizations, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including managing inquiries and requests and representing Trillium internally and externally.


  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with community based organizations, providers, members, community leaders, business/trade groups, and other key stakeholders to enhance the company's business interests.
  • Identify and advise senior leaders of key trends, community priorities and/or concerns that may impact the company’s market position
  • Analyze key partner relationships and recommend and prepares appropriate recommendations aligned with the company’s business objectives
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leaders and business units
  • Represent the company’s interests in internal and external meetings
  • Serve as the company’s liaison to community based organizations and other key stakeholders

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Marketing/Communications, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Graduate degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in legislative, political and/or public policy arena, managed care or health related field. Experience working with community based organizations, government, or business and/or trade associations preferred.
Experience working with the uninsured, under-insured and diverse populations preferred.

License/Certification:

Current state’s driver license
