Location: Grafton, North Dakota (Cedar Grove 1)

Salary Range: $4,696-$6,261


Summary of Work

This position is responsible for overseeing/supervision of assigned staff and ensuring the ongoing operation of assigned areas. Responsible for the implementation of each individual’s program plan to include monitoring of services for individuals, some which may be dual diagnosed, and also supporting individuals in achieving personal outcomes. Assures Title XIX/AC regulations and standards are met in the delivery of individual services and programs.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree, education or related field. At least two years of professional experience working in the field of intellectual/develomental disabilities. At least two years of supervisory experience. Current valid drivers license. Ability to organize and calculate data/information and maintaining records according to standards. Ability to plan, organize and facilitate effective communication, including effectively communicating through clear speaking and writing.
