Goodwin Counseling Services LLC has expanded our private psychotherapy practice in Tilton, New Hampshire. We are currently accepting applications for Licensed Mental Health Counselors interested in starting in private practice. Position is a mix of in person and remote
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical/psychotherapy services to patients as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
- Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to sessions.
- Respond to patients requests for service or calls within 24 -48 hours.
- Timely completion of written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to- time by Goodwin Counseling Services LLC or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week). Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
- Ability to use or learn electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
- At Goodwin Counseling Services LLC we serve many populations including children, adults, couples, and families. As part of our team you are able to choose what populations you want to work with.
- Therapists can focus on their clinical work, leaving all administrative tasks to Goodwin Counseling Services LLC.
- We offer both in person and telehealth opportunities for therapists with flexible schedule opportunities that include both nights and weekends if interested. Our office is quiet and thoughtfully decorated with client and clinician comfort in mind. We utilize an Electronic Medical Record system (EMR) for all clinical and billing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Required: Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited university.
- Licensed by the NH Board of Mental Health as a LCMHC or LCSW
- Qualities: Reliability, dedication, and strong work ethic.
Hours:
Therapist will be available to hold at least 20-35 patient sessions per week. These sessions will be a combination of in person and telehealth. Therapist may set their own hours providing that this is consistent with client needs. Therapist must have private, appropriate space for tele-health sessions.
Telehealth Therapy:
Must have an appropriate location where remote therapy can be provided in a confidential manner consistent with the values and ethics for tele-therapyMust have access to a private, up to date laptop, wifi, internet. Must have a reliable mobile phone used only by you
