Job Duties (in part)

  • Sort and open incoming mail.

  • Batch mail and return mail for scanning.

  • Open reception and assist with walk-in customers who need to see a case manager.

  • Look up child support cases on computer system to identify assigned office in order to route or scan mail appropriately.

  • Pickup outgoing Business Services mail and delivers mail for Business Services teams.

  • Scan Origin case related documents and forward original documents to appropriate office through mail/shuttle.

  • Process returned mail and update change of address information.

  • Associate non barcoded documents to Origin cases.

  • File and store original documents by date order. Go through and purge documents daily.

  • Participate in other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Completion of courses or training in Office Technology;

OR

  • One year of general clerical experience which included typing, word processing, or other generation of documents;

OR

  • An equivalent combination of training and experience.
