Full Description

As a Global Workforce Screening team is responsible for determining access and/or work eligibility for employees and new hires to ensure compliance with certain U.S. and regional laws and JPMC policies through conducting screenings.

As a Reporting Associate, your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:


  • Responsible for daily Pre-Employment Screening reporting and analytics
  • Assignment of daily work to operations team
  • Responsible for monitoring data integrity within internal systems
  • Partner with Team to identify system process improvements and issues
  • Provide assistance to management with ad hoc reporting to drive operations
  • Ability to identify business process gaps and drive improved business operating models
  • Execute reconciliation reporting for internal systems
  • Back up to other reporting processes within the team
  • Collaborate with leadership team to drive process improvements

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated process-oriented, problem solving and analytical skills
  • 3-5 years of experience with reporting and analytics, inclusive of creating requested reporting
  • Intermediate technical skills of Microsoft Excel; must be able to complete V lookup, create pivot tables, graphs, manipulate data from multiple data sources and execute various formula functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to quickly understand complex subject matter
  • Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage to changes in plan
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to create effective presentations using PowerPoint
