Position Summary

Performs a combination of clerical tasks to support office, business, or administrative operations by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Will be engaged with sufficient education, training, and experience to purchase required supplies, maintain the supply room and tracking system, and maintain all required records involving supplies at the site.

Responsible for ordering and maintaining all necessary supplies and materials for the O&M services.

Maintain all supply records and provide the Government with all required reports/documentation of the supplies and system that maintains the supplies IAW the SOW and PWS.

He/she, with the assistance of the CMM, will competitively bid any and all materials/supplies costing over $2,500.00.

Will be proficient in the use of the DMLSS System, and enter, print, and update all work and service orders involved with this Task Order.

Will perform clerical/office type duties. Responsible for operating the Service Order Desk, answering phones and taking messages, maintaining personnel records, managing and submitting time cards, setting up and maintaining necessary files, operating the accounting software used by FSI, and other
clerical duties as assigned and required.

Reports directly to the CMM.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years office related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a familiarity with office unit procedures.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
