Position Summary
Executive Assistant I performs a wide variety of clerical, administrative, staff support services and general office duties to an organizational unit which may be complex and /or involve bank-wide impact and confidential issues: data entry into appropriate systems, organizes files, prepares documents, and supports other staff. This position may handle customer complaints. Executive Assistant I may be responsible for researching and compiling data, supervising the design, implementation, testing and monitoring of approved projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs administrative office functions such as typing, making copies, opening mail, answering phone, , ordering of supplies, indexing documents into storage and other duties as needed by management and other associates.
Assists customers and associates with a variety of daily requests; including research for customers and associates, operational issues and assistance in opening accounts.
Gathers data and assembles reports and ensures books/reports are delivered timely to managers.
Assists with coordinating administrative and corporate policy updates and approvals.
Creates forms, processes, reports and presentations; assists management with implementing, communicating, maintaining and tracking procedural changes.
Handles correspondence, monthly reports and filing.
Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
HS Diploma/GED or
AS/AA Degree or specialized training preferred
Two years clerical and/or general office experience preferred
