The functional areas within Corporate HR include global recruiting, training, talent and development, career management, diversity, compensation, benefits, employee relations, technology, finance and HR service delivery ( HRSD). As an Employee Customer Service Specialist, you will deliver a superior employee experience across various HR services. This includes but is not limited to payroll, policies, regulations, employee benefits and annual employee certifications. You will be required to adhere to established processes and guidelines in support of current and former employees as well as potential new hires. As part of your daily duties you will interact with employees at various levels related to a range of topics and/or issues (complex, sensitive, routine, etc.) requiring attention to detail and accuracy of work while maintaining a high quality standard and ensuring data integrity.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform inbound/outbound phone activities in support of HR functions and employee inquiries
  • Review/respond to employee requests according to established processes, policies, company guidelines and regulations
  • Complete HR related transactions/activities adhering to company policy and guidelines
  • Process assigned work activities timely and accurately

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of Customer Service experience is preferred.

Must be available to work flexible hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am EST to 8:30 pm EST

(Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed)
