Job Description Summary
BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for building global partnerships in an effort to design, market, and lead international experiences for CEPS students.
Duties and Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strengthen existing partnerships and building new partnerships across academia, government, private sector, civil society and nonprofit.
Lead partner MOU/MOA agreements in close collaboration with the international education office.
Support international partners with their program planning in conjunction with the international education office.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to design programs specific to the Feinstein College academic areas, assess risk and build location specific emergency plans.
Write and submit programs for internal approval with the international education office.
Develop and lead marketing and communications plan to recruit students and fulfill enrollment.
Develop pre-departure materials and lead student information session.
Develop and conduct post trip survey to measure outcomes and student experiences.
Conduct site visits to maintain and strengthen partnerships, finalize logistics.
Research grant opportunities to support international initiatives including research and study abroad programs.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to write global/international grants.
Collaborate with the contracts office to submit government grants via InfoEd.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform other duties as assigned.
LICENSES, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:
Personal computers and printers; word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
Required Qualifications
REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or global/international education.
2. Minimum two years of experience developing and marketing international experiences.
3. Minimum two years of experience developing relationships with global partners.
4. Demonstrated grant writing experience to support international programs.
5. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in written communication skills.
7. Demonstrated supervisory experience.
8. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups/populations.
