Overview:
AM LLC has an immediate opening for a full time Contact Tracing Project Manager to support state and local COVID-19 Contact Tracing programs. The successful Project Manager will implement, support, and provide guidance and oversight to the COVID-19 Programs County wide. This position manages all aspects of contract award requirements and compliance. The employee will work remotely from a home office.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for implementation and program oversight, ensuring goals and objectives are met
  • Analyzes, evaluates data and information and/or other program statistics, preparing reports and making appropriate recommendations
  • Plans, develops and implements training
  • Oversees and manages program finances
  • Direct point of contact between local health authority and contact tracing teams
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local guidelines
  • Delegates duties to and supervises, maintains schedules of Case Navigators and local strike teams
  • Leads and manages the team in planning and continuous quality improvement
  • Serves as the subject matter expert in the functional area and leads programs to meet critical needs
  • Builds relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as external health authority, community partners and non-profits
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and enjoy working on different problems every day
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare related experience and three to five (3-5) years of management experience supervising a complex healthcare team
  • Supervision of multiple teams or division level leadership experience
  • Experience managing in multiple specialties simultaneously
  • Experience driving analytics & reporting, contributing and ensuring staff success and implementation of best clinical practices
  • Clinical or public health background preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, professional and respectful manner
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and sound judgment required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Second or multiple languages
  • PMP Certification and/or Project Management experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years government contract management

  • Antivirus Protection: Windows Defender and Windows Firewall, for Mac Antivirus Protection: Sophos
  • Personal mobile device
  • A headset is recommended
