St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Data Management Analyst.

The Data Management Analyst functions as an overseer of the donor database. This position is responsible for data accuracy, integrity, and security of all constituent records, and for maintaining and enhancing the highly confidential data of College Advancement’s database system (Raiser’s Edge). The Data Management Analyst also ensures the overall effectiveness of the database, data input and output, reporting, technology management, and end-user training and support.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to design and run reports on a routine and ad hoc basis. Knowledge of SQL and MS Power Tools is preferred, but not necessary. Candidates will need to have extreme attention to detail. Knowledge of fundraising is strongly preferred.
