At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are seeking part-time Package Investigation Specialists, a position that is vital to our company's success. Whether you are in school or just need a second job for some extra cash, we offer flexible schedules. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and by applying the problem-solving skills developed during our three weeks of paid training. This role provides you the opportunity to build and use your strong communication abilities and expand your career by learning about the business.

This position is located in our Wausau, Wisconsin office and is not a remote/work from home opportunity.

Part-time available hours:
  • Minimum of 15 hours per week, including at least 4 hours every weekend
  • Weekday hours must fall between 12pm-9pm. Friday is a required work day
  • Weekend hours must fall between 9am-5pm

Starting pay:
$12.75/hour

Responsibilities
  • Providing superior customer service regarding questions or concerns around delivery related issues and providing reasonable resolutions, keeping the company's best interest in mind.
  • Speaking with internal and external customers directly over the phone or via email to resolve issues or concerns as needed.
  • Efficiently entering customer information and call notes into the order management system.
  • Accurately completing appropriate follow up actions for order and service resolution.
  • Send customer notifications and follow up emails regarding delivery investigations.
  • Assist with contact center phone call volume as needed.
Training:
You would be required to attend three weeks of customer service training from 8am-12:30pm or 5:30pm-10pm, Monday-Friday. In addition, there would be a week of in-department training scheduled according to your availability.

Qualifications
  • Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Ability to be polite and professional while speaking to customers
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
