Salary & Benefits

Compensation for this position is $10.00/hour plus commission. Full-time employees accrue Paid Time Off.

Job Responsibilities

Scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Confirm the booked tours, reminding them of their scheduled tour and reconfirming that they meet the qualifications to tour
  • Reschedule bookings that could not make their initial tour time or give it back to the original booking agent
  • Update the Booking Board
  • Data Entry with accuracy and timely manner
  • Daily trip to town
  • General office work such as preparing mailings, and other duties as specified by Manager.


This position would require basic computer and typing skills. The ability to manage interruptions, be detail-oriented and meet deadlines are also important for this role.
