The Job:
Our client is looking for a VP of Business Development. This individual will play a key leadership role in the organization to define, originate, and negotiate large, complex deals with external partners. A successful leader in this role will have superb verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable defining new innovative use cases with complex technical products. The VP of Business Development will report to the GM of the Commercial Sector and Public Sector and ensure alignment between responsible areas of their overall strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to explore new “white spaces” with large growth potential to scale the business

• Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs

• Build productive relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams

• Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify business opportunities
