Overview:
As an Office Assistant, you will provide reception services and office support primarily in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic at Clovis Community Medical Center (CCMC). This position will also support other units at CCMC based upon coverage needs. Clovis Community Medical Center is a top choice for women’s services, labor and delivery, minimally invasive surgeries, sports medicine and cancer care in the Central Valley. Responsibilities:
In this role some of your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Receiving visitors and answering and directing telephone calls.
Entering data to screens, spreadsheets, documents and forms.
Maintaining department files.
Processing mail.
Keeps reception area and/or break room neat and orderly.
Operates basic office machines such as a copier, fax machine, postage meter and telephone system. Qualifications:
Experience and education minimum requirements:
High school diploma or (GED)
Two years experience in a general office or customer service setting.
Preferred qualifications:
Customer service experience in a medical setting.
- This position will be full-time hours for a temporary, 90-day time frame*
