The Gel Bone Operator is an important role in the daily operations of our facilities. A variety of duties and responsibilities exist within this title. The types of responsibilities available are including but not limited to, performing various rendering processes, operating heavy equipment, charting and reporting progress and yields, and in many cases the use of tracking via computer, all while making safety and food safety the number one priorities.
While performing the duties of a Gel Bone Operator, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces at varied heights; moving mechanical parts; fast paced warm/cool environment. Positions require standing or walking the entire shift, the use of stairs, and the use of PPE which is required in all areas of the facility.
Shifts Available
2ND SHIFT - 1:30PM - 9:30PM Key Accountabilities
Perform repetitive tasks. Examples include: Maintaining Processes such as rendering process Tracking, reading, or creating reports manually or via computer Ensuring food safety and quality Cleanliness and housekeeping Maintaining a safe working environment

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship
- Over 18 Yrs old
- Fluent in English and basic math
- Computer Experience
- Previous Experience in Rendering
