Position Overview
AITC, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for a Electronic Technician Maintenance II positions at Bismarck, ND. This position is in support of the Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) Maintenance Program (ATMP) Contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Electronics Technician Maintenance II position will perform all functions required to maintain and repair electronic TADSS and equipment.
  • Performs preventative maintenance IAW technical guidelines and equipment specifications ensuring proper functionality and safe operating conditions
  • Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve routine electrical, mechanical, and computer issues by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents
  • Performs inventory of spare/repair parts IAW contractual guidelines
  • Enters work order data in a timely and accurate manner into the management information system
  • Applies basic and advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems
  • May supervise, provide direction/guidance, and check lower level technicians’ work
  • Ensuring that all paperwork and reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reads and interprets schematic drawings and diagrams required to perform maintenance
  • Other duties may be assigned
This position may require travel to other installations and other ATMP locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience with electronics testing/troubleshooting
  • Intermediate computer and networking skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux and Unix operating systems
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a valid driver’s license and On-Post driving privileges
  • Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Work extended period of time outdoors

Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service and decision-making skills
