What We Are Looking For

The Testing & Technology Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating testing accommodations for students with disabilities. Specific responsibilities include communicating with students, faculty and staff regarding testing protocol, receiving exams, coordinating testing room schedules with appropriate accommodations, and administering exams. This position connects students with resources to help them accomplish their academic goals by providing a supportive learning environment where they can flourish.

A Bachelor’s degree, one year of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. A Master’s degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate the administration of exams for students with disabilities, including: scheduling testing rooms with appropriate accommodations; coordinating with faculty and staff to arrange exams pick-up and return.
  • Implement and maintain new software and technology and provide training.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare statistical reports pertaining to exam administration and scheduling, transportation of the exams, exam tracking, and related information.
  • Aide the assistant director in scheduling, training and supervising student workers and graduate students, as they assist in the Testing Center.
