Provide oversight and support to training program operations to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure contract requirements are effectively and efficiently executed.
Maintains relationships with client representatives.
Responsible for preparation and submission of monthly contract technical reports.
Provide responsive, courteous, honest, and timely customer service during routine and non-routine customer interactions.
Identifies business development opportunities both inside and outside programs as applicable.
Organizes, directs and coordinates planning and implementation of daily contract support activities.
Coordinates and facilitates internal and external staff training to ensure full compliance with all Contract and Company requirements
Guides individuals or groups to achieve desired results. Develop subordinates by improving their skills and competencies.
Identify, develop and maintain business relationships with key strategic business partners and prospective customers.
Allocates resources within budget.
Performs with minimal supervision, acts promptly, seeks solutions to resolve unexpected problems that arise, and makes practical decisions.
Demonstrates ability to get along with others, communicates and acts as a team player, promotes teamwork.
Support corporate goals and values, follow policies and procedures, and is alert to possible new business opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.
Assist the company in meeting financial and contract performance objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ten years of program management experience required. Preferred candidates will have previous related program experience.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Must have a working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Experience managing multiple Task Orders within an IDIQ Program a plus.
Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion.
Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Must have excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
