Integrated Physicians Management Services (IPMS), a premier Management Services Organization located in East Hartford, CT has an opening in our Credentialing department for a seasoned medical professional to assist with payer credentialing 500+ providers. We manage physician groups throughout New England and some southern states.

We are looking for someone with Administrative experience in the medical field, preferably in credentialing or physician billing or within a hospital setting with an understanding of managed care and government insurance products. The perfect candidate will be detail oriented and customer service driven . Additionally, the incumbent will be skilled and experienced with Excel and report writing as well as using these in conjunction with our credentialing software.

The incumbent will be responsible for completing applications for providers of multiple specialties as well as validating and re validating for Medicare and Medicaid. Understanding of credentialing processes and procedures is preferred. This is a perfect job for someone who wants to work part time or for someone who is looking to scale back and reduce their hours.

This position is part time, however there is flexibility with the schedule.
