We are looking for Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisors to oversee our Assembly teams in Fargo. In this role you will be responsible for planning, implementation, and maintenance of the manufacturing activities of a specific area. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.

We are looking for Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisors to oversee our Assembly teams in Fargo. In this role you will be responsible for planning, implementation, and maintenance of the manufacturing activities of a specific area. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.
Responsibilities include:
- Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand.
- Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature.
- Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint and/or assembly.
- Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
- Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations.
- Other related duties as assigned.
The qualified candidate will have:
- High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing a weld shop
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
