A. Ferraris Law is dedicated to helping consumers and business owners harmed by a public or private entity, such as an auto manufacturer/dealer, insurance company, bank, local, state, or federal government entity. We are committed to providing clients with the clarity they need to understand how they may recover what is owed to them and hold accountable those who are responsible for the harm caused. In its simplest form, our mission is to provide valuable help to as many clients as we can. We are a busy and growing law firm. We are looking for an experienced executive/personal assistant, to enable the team to have more of an impact and help more clients.

Executive/Personal Assistant to Law Firm Owner/Attorney

This is an in-house and virtual position based in Tucson, Arizona. Applicants must be in Tucson or the surrounding area, or willing to relocate.

Must have at least two years of related experience working in a law office helping to organize the tasks and responsibilities of a person in a leadership role.

You will work closely with the owner/attorney to help organize all aspects of her personal and professional life.

Ability to create and follow checklists for efficient and predictable completion of administrative tasks.

Proven technical skills using case management software, Office 365, One Note, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to train and learn other online platforms such as Zoom and Calendly for remote work are a plus.

High ethical and professional standards in your judgment and the ability to function efficiently and organize oneself to meet deadlines.

A valid current, State driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record.

This is a full-time position with a starting hourly rate of $25.00-$35.00, depending on proven skills and experience, with opportunities for increase after a 90-day period. There will also be an opportunity for bonus compensation. Earning paid time begins at hiring. Health Insurance will be available after 90 days.
