Ferguson is seeking a Customer Service Representative who wants to provide excellent customer service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative Concierge in a call center environment, you will work to support customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • Work with customers professionally and politely
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain a high level of world class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bubbly, enthusiastic can do attitude
  • Ability to accept and implement direction and on the spot coaching in an open environment
  • Ability to use feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Previous Call Center experience desired
