Summary

The role of the Data Entry Operator 1 includes: Operating a data entry device to record or verify a variety of standard, coded, or encoded business and statistical source date into a computer. Searching, interpreting, and selecting coding items in accordance with established procedures.

Essential Duties Job Functions

• This position works under close supervision and follows specific procedures or detailed instructions provided.

Accountable For

• Ability to exercise judgment including prioritization and execution of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Mandatory

• Two (2) years of experience
• U.S. Citizenship
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

• Use of Microsoft Office 365 environment experience
• Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Sharepoint/Planner/TEAMS
