Department Overview

The Motorola US Federal Government Division is based in the Linthicum, MD area. The division supports all Sales, system integration and managed Services for all US Federal Government customers World Wide.


Job Description

This position is in support of the US Federal Government, Support provided is the is maintain, manage both infrastructure and subscribers and customer expectations. Will perform many customer needs on a daily basis. Tasks will includes report, manage customer deliverables, manage team members of the established support group. Interface with the customer, support teams within Motorola CMSO. review team processes, build in efficiencies and build continuous improvement of Service delivery. Must be an excellent communicator in front of the customer and with the support team. Also able to communicate electronically in a concise and timely manner. Must be a US Citizen, either have a valid DHS Background clearance in place or be able to obtain on. Be proficient in the use of Google office Suite and Microsoft office suite products.


Basic Requirements

  • Associates degree and 1+ years or 2+ years in administrative, customer support, services support, or public safety experience.


Travel Requirements

Under 10%
