Join the USS team with a flexible, work from home role reporting to our Inside Sales Manager at our HQ in Meridien, ID as a Territory Inside Sales Representative!

The Territory Inside Sales Representative (TISR) is an essential sales partner in the USS territory based selling process with a variety of small and mid-size customers in construction, events, and government customers of USS. The TISR will be responsible retaining, growing and expanding our existing customer base in a given sales territory. This role offers full training of Salesforce.com CRM, USS products and services and how to be successful in the role. We offer a 90 day commission guarantee with top reps earning over $60,000 annually with commissions.

Requirements

Key aspects of the role are:

  • Build and maintain the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.
  • Target potential customers and assess opportunities for sales.
  • Contact potential customers and create long term partnerships
    • Sell all product offerings available in the specific market

The position including competitive base pay rate, full benefits, and variable compensation without a cap.
